Kristen har setts på ett café i Los Angeles

While Robert Pattinson made his way back from London to LAX last night, Kristen Stewart may have already been back in Los Angeles braving the heat like only a real cool chick could do.

After finishing up duties for On the Road in Arizona, K.Stew was spotted at Peet's Coffee yesterday in Studio City by a reliable star-hanger who "swears" it was the fab chick. K-doll wore a black tee, black jeans, flip flops, no makeup and no sunglasses.

God love this girl! No shades? Hollywood take note, this is the real attitude of a star:

Our spy was standing behind the tiny babe in line where she ordered a large ice tea to go by herself. As soon as our source got to the counter he looked at the dude behind it and said, "You know who that was, don't you?"
"Who?" replied the guy who took Stewart's order.
"The girl from Twilight."
"I don't go for that vampire crap," said the guy, rather matter-of-factly.

In fact we're told "no one" recognized Kristen, or at least, no one went up and harassed her. Too funny!

People all over the world are dying for a glimpse of K.Stew and here's a guy who spent some time chatting with her and had no friggin' clue who she was. No wonder K. likes it in the Valley so much.

After she got her tea, Kristen casually walked out of the coffee shop and hopped into a "very retro" white convertible and drove (herself) off. Hopefully she was getting her and Rob's secret spot ready, since he got back in town from London last night with Tom Sturridge.

So, sorry, despite a few reports out there Kristen was not on the same flight as Rob and Tom. Girlfriend was already back here waiting for her man to return. Loves!

Mackenzie Foy som Renesmee i "Breaking Dawn"?

Inget är bekräftat av Summit Entertainment ännu men det ryktas om att 9-åriga Mackenzie Foy ska spela Renesmee i Breaking Dawn.

Kelsey EdwardsIt’s a big day for Twihards. First Maggie Grace signs on to play Irina. Now EW.com has learned that little 9-year old Mackenzie Foy is inches away from signing on to play Renesmee, Edward and Bella’s vampire/human love child that’s a central role in the final installment of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn.

It’s not yet clear how the diminutive actress, who’s appeared in one episode each of television shows FlashForward and ‘Til Death, will portray the character who ages a full 17 years in only seven. Sources have suggested that director Bill Condon will employ similar digital effects to those used by David Fincher in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, where Foy’s face would be digitally transferred onto the face of a younger child. It’s also probable that the studio will hire a younger child in some capacity, too.

Maggie Grace kommer att spela Irina i "Breaking Dawn"

Nu är det bekräftat vem som kommer att spela Irina i Breaking Dawn, nämligen Maggie Grace.

Maggie Grace will play a new vampire threat to Kristin Stewart’s Bella in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn. Grace, who played Liam Neeson’s in-distress daughter in Taken, will play the role of Irina in the final installments of the Stephenie Meyer novel, which director Bill Condon is directing in two separate films.

Irina is a member of the Denali coven, considered cousins to the Cullen clan as the only other “vegetarian” vampire group. When Irina blames the Cullens for the death of her lover, her actions set in motion a terrifying chain of events. The first of two pictures will be released by Summit Entertainment on November 18, 2011, followed by the finale on November 16, 2012. Melissa Rosenberg is writing both scripts, and Wyck Godfrey, Karen Rosenfelt and Meyer are producing. Grace just completed the Dwayne Johnson-starrer Faster for CBS Pictures and re-teamed with Taken producer Luc Besson in Lockout, the outer space saga that stars Guy Pearce as a wrongly convicted man offered his freedom if he can rescue the president’s daughter (Grace) from an outer space prison taken over by violent inmates. Grace is also waiting to reprise in Taken 2. She is repped by UTA and Global Creative.

Kristen om hennes senaste roller

Kristen Stewart on her movie role in Zathura:
"[This] was my first comedy, so I had a lot of anticipation and apprehension as to how I was going to react to situations that are over the top and hokey and hysterical. I was too embarrassed to explore the scenes and be free with them. [Director Jon Favreau] helped me to push past my inhibitions because he was very in tune to how his actors were feeling."

"Comedy is kind of a serious business, you know. It's all about timing. But it's not that big of a deal. [I have to] go with it."

Kristen Stewart on her movie role in Twilight:
“I feel like it was a big responsibility and I was really intimidated for a while, but now that it’s done…I feel good. I’m really proud. I’ve never worked so hard on another movie.”

“Bella is a very honest…straight-up, good-natured girl who found herself in an insane position…[She’s seemingly logical, and then all of the sudden she’s thinking of herself as a psychotic person and [she’s] just swept away by something more powerful than her. Every girl wants to lose herself…I could relate to her.”

“[Robert Pattinson] throws me over his back [in one scene], right before he’s going to tell me that he’s a vampire, and then he runs over the treetops. And [we were] in real treetops…not just CGI…We actually [got] to go up there, and that’s what I’m stoked on.”

“Bella starts off as a pretty logical, sort of objective girl and gets swept away by something she never thought imaginable.”

Kristen Stewart on horror movies and ghosts:
"[Asian films are] not as heavy-handed as American films. They tend to take their time a little bit and let you think for yourself before they hammer you in the face and smash people's brains in and drag them off into the woods...I think they're smarter. I mean, not to generalize about stuff like that but...I like their slow deliberateness."

"I like when all of a sudden you're watching a movie and it slows down and you're like, 'Oh...something's definitely going to happen' and you know it, but even when it does, it still scares you just as much."

"Ever since I've been a kid, I've been absolutely, totally scared of ghosts. Like whenever I would run around my house terrified when I was five years old, it was always because of ghosts. But I definitely haven't been inclined to sit down and type 'ghost' into Google."

"Halfway through [shooting the film The Messengers], I had a really trippy experience in my hotel room. It was an old hotel. One night, it was insane, I opened my eyes and this image of this woman just filled my entire view...I let out the most gut-wrenching scream. People called the hotel room to see if I was okay."

[On shooting The Messengers]: "I thought doing this would be a nice break. I could just go and do this little horror movie...but it was one of the hardest jobs I've ever taken on! It was just physically strenuous having the same expression in so many frames. [There's] scary face one, scary face two...For two weeks straight I was just screaming and acting terrified."

Kristen Stewart on her movie role in In the Land of Women:

"It's a really nice, bold, coming-of-age story. I [could relate to the character]. I definitely felt that when I turned sixteen, I kind of came out of it, too."

"Basically, [In the Land of Women] is about people talking to people. I'm the daughter with the typical problems with her mother and the typical problems of high school and growing up and insecurities. Through talking to this guy, she kind of realizes a lot about herself, what type of direction she'd like her life to go in."

"[In the Land of Women shows a] really typical relationship where you don't quite know why but you're not getting along with your mom. You just don't want to share certain things with her, and there's a resentment. You don't necessarily believe that (your mom) is there for you--it's sort of fake. I've never had any weird problems with (my parents), but I totally see Lucy in a lot of my friends."

"With Carter, [Lucy] gets her first sense of puppy love even though he's way too old for her. At first she has romantic expectations, but it's more that she's lost and here's this guy who is there for her and he listens to her. Carter teaches Lucy a valuable lesson...you can't allow your fears and resentments to inhibit your life."

Kristen Stewart on auditioning for and shooting her movie role in Into the Wild:
"I went in and played 'Blackbird' for [Sean Penn]. That's a hard song to sing to...I'm not a singer. I can play it but [Sean] was really funny about it. He asked me if I didn't want him to look at me. 'Do you want me to turn around?' 'No, you have to see it.' But I'd never done anything like that."

"[David Baerwald and Sean] wanted a simple love song or something that a young girl would write. They said I should just go see where it takes me."

"[Emile Hirsch is one of the most confident actors I’ve ever worked with. [He said] ‘Don’t worry. Don’t think about it until he calls ‘action.’”

“I completely idolize [Sean] as a filmmaker. As a person, he’s just great and has the most massive amount of integrity. He’s great, self assured, and sure of his convictions and clear thinking.”

“[Sean] always says that he doesn’t pull performances out of actors but he puts you somewhere where you are comfortable enough with yourself to be able to give that much…He’s the most gentle guy. It’s easy to give him what he wants. You have a driving force. He cares so much.”

Kristen Stewart on her movie role in The Cake Eaters:
“[My character is] fighting for that last bit of independence from her mother and she wants to do one thing on her own before she dies…so she picks a guy. It’s a really nice, optimistic, triumphant [life] story and I love it. Mary Stuart really did a phenomenal job. I love her, too. She’s amazing.”

"Twilight" skulle blivit en actionfilm

Wait, what?! That's right. Twilight Producer Mark Morgan gave Hollywood Life the low down on what almost happened to your favorite vampires. In his own words, "[The fans] would have killed us.
"Even if you haven't seen the Twilight flicks or read the series, you probably still know that the plot revolves around the love story between Edward Cullen and Bella Swan. But before Summit bought the rights to the books, the original script swapped the brooding romance for non-stop action. At the time, studios didn't think Bella's endless lovesickness would interest anyone. Instead, the studio wanted to turn Bella into a vampire in the first movie and kill off her father.

"We went shopping to every studio around, but everyone passed," Morgan told Hollywood Life. "Finally Summit said 'let's do it.' It was a total blessing.

"Before long, Twilight became an international bestseller and Summit realized they had a blockbuster on their hands. A new script was written to appeal to the rabid fan base.

"I mean, one of their drafts literally had a Korean FBI agent who was hunting and tracking vampires across the coast. There was SWAT in the trees and literally it was like, ‘Red leader, read leader one,′ and the vampires were picking them out of the woods.

"Just imagine if the original script had gone into production! The world might never have seen Taylor Lautner's abs, and Robert Pattinson would just be that guy who played Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter.

Filmning av "Isle Esme" i Brasilien, bekräftat

How’s this for muy caliente?  There’s been speculation that Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson would do ‘the deed’ for the first time everywhere from Vancouver to Louisiana to Brazil — and their Twilight co-star, Nikki Reed, has confirmed the exact location of said deflowering!

“They are filming a few days [in South America], but I’m not there,” the 22-year-old actress confirmed to HollywoodLife.com exclusively at the LA premiere of her new film, Last Day of Summer, Sept. 22. “It’s Bella and Edward’s honeymoon.”

It appears that producers are keeping the big screen version of Breaking Dawn pretty faithful to Stephenie Meyer’s book: the fictional honeymoon spot is an island called “Isle Esme”, just off the coast of Brazil.

We hope Bella and Edward’s REAL honeymoon is just as epic as it is in the book, as well. If it IS, you’re going to see a lot of nudity, skinny-dipping and R-Patz biting the hell out of a pillow because he can’t control himself. How’s that for hot?

"Breaking Dawn" kommer inte att filmas i 3D

Jag är rätt lättad över de här nyheterna om att Breaking Dawn inte kommer att filmas i 3D. Jag tror inte det hade blivit bra alls. Det kan dock bli så att man lägger till 3D-effekter efteråt, men inget är säkert.

Sadly, it looks like Twihards will not get the “pleasure” of watching Bella’s infamous, gruesome birth scene in Breaking Dawn in three dimensions. A Summit source has confirmed a report that neither of the two parts are being shot in 3-D, despite the increasing popularity of the technology for blockbuster flicks. There is still a chance, however, that 3-D effects will be added in post-production.

Kristen har blivit förfrågad om att vara med i "Wanted 2"

When I asked Millar if he knew anything about Stewart being offered the lead, his first reaction was laughter.

“Well it’s funny, my daughter was so excited when she heard that,” he said, “I think there had been some conversations but there isn’t even a finalized screenplay yet so they definitely can’t confirm any actors yet. I have heard that she was approached and she said that she was very excited about the idea in an interview…of working with guys like James [McAvoy] or [director Timur Bekmambetov] or whoever but it’s all just speculation.”

“But my daughter was the most excited I’d ever seen her about anything I’m working on, you know? She wasn’t very excited about ‘Kick-Ass’ or ‘Wanted’ but the minute Kristen Stewart’s name is mentioned it’s like, ‘Ohh!’ And then she told me it’s like I’m one person away from Taylor Lautner.”

Scout Taylor-Compton pratar om Kristen

Believe it or not, Kristen Stewart wasn’t always the hot commodity she is today. In fact, she’s lost out on many a role to BFF Scout Taylor-Compton!

Although Scout lost the lead in the 2007 horror flick The Messengers to K-Stew, the tables HAVE turned. “We go up against each other a lot,” the 21-year-old actress told HollywoodLife.com exclusively at K-Swiss’ Players Series dinner party in Venice, Calif. Sept. 20. “We’re very similar to each other. She went out for Halloween and I got that. It’s really great that we are really good friends, but we do take each other’s roles. It’s kind of like ‘Congratulations! We can separate being friends from business.’” She added sagely, “You can be friends or enemies. I choose to be friends – I don’t have enemies.”

If you think Scout sounds harsh, don’t believe it for a second — she’s just wise to the Hollywood game. In fact, she and Kristen, 20, have actually joined forces in the past to co-star in The Runaways; Scout played rocker Lita Ford to Kristen’s Joan Jett. So how, exactly, do the girls manage to maintain their close friendship? “We’re very similar,” Scout  said. “We’re very laid back. We’re not high-maintenance people. We’ve true to ourselves.”

This much is fact. Although she was deep in the throes of promoting the Twilight Saga: Eclipse back in June, Kristen still managed to find the time to represent her pal at the LA premiere of Scout’s indie flick, Love Ranch.

Another factor that helps their friendship is a mutual love of music. “I’m starting a band,” Scout revealed. “I play the drums. [For The Runaways] I had to learn guitar, so I also play guitar now.” Sadly, HollywoodLifers, life will not imitate art for Kristen and Scout. “We did a lot of [jamming] together in The Runaways; we had rehearsal all the time,” she said, adding, “I do know that Kris still plays, but no, we don’t jam together.”

Kristen Stewart impressed Joan Jett when they worked together because she had “no head trips”.

Kristen portrays Joan in movie The Runaways, about the 70s girlband featuring Joan. The rocker admits she was initially unsure about turning her life into a film, but seeing how much Kristen put into the role made her realise she’d made the right choice.

“I thought Kristen was brilliant. She really wanted to nail it, and she did a lot of studying – to the point where, when I heard her sing I Love Playing With Fire, I felt sure they were playing my vocals,” Joan explained. “And she was so great to work with, so down to earth, no head trips at all.”

The movie shows how hard Joan and her bandmate Cherie Currie, portrayed by Dakota Fanning, worked to succeed. It also details their hard-partying lifestyle, which included drug taking and alcohol drinking.

Joan has now calmed down, and prefers staying home to going on wild nights out. “I’m not at all what people think,” she told the British edition of Grazia magazine. “They probably assume I’m out every night, going crazy, but that stuff’s gotten really boring for me. Nowadays if I’m not on the road, I’m in New York, hanging out with my animals.”

Kristen blev mobbad i skolan

Kristen Stewart

Jay Manuel (bl.a domare i America's next top model) har nyligen kommenterat Kristens stil:
So what were the Top Model judge's thoughts on Kristen Stewart's red carpet style? It wasn't too bad.

"Kristen Stewart definitely has worn some stunning pieces; I just don't think she's as comfortable with her fame status," Manuel dished at the G Star Raw show. "And being on the red carpet, you need to feel comfortable to carry these gowns. You really need confidence."

Kristen: "We got lucky with Twilight"

Kristen Stewart has spoken of her gratitude to the Twilight Saga, revealing how she 'got lucky' with the internationally successful string of vampire films

Speaking in a new interview with the Telegraph, our favourite Twilight fashionista also told how the famous Saga has given her the freedom to make smaller films.

‘With Twilight we all really got lucky,’ she said. ‘It is a rare thing on a movie, when it hits and it gives you freedom.
‘Because of Twilight I could make a film like Welcome to the Rileys.'

The star also revealed how her family love the Twilight films, and were ecstatic when she landed the lead role.

'She was so excited when I got the Twilight gig,' she said of her mum, on hearing the news. 'My whole family were. Before Twilight they were like, "Why are you doing all these Sundance movies that no one will see?”'

But despite chatting happily about her family,K-Stew remained decidedly quiet on her relationship with Rob.

'It doesn't matter how many times I've spoken to someone or how well they know me, I'm just not going to talk about that,' she said.

Grazia Fashion: "Nail Rock 'n' Roll style, The Runaways way!" - Spanien

Here's a quick recap: Aged just 16, Joan Jett joined forces with four other teenage girls to form The Runaways, the first all-girl rock'n'roll band, and the film tells the tale of their sexual experimentation and addictions. So in celebration of the badass biopic, Grazia chatted with rock’s first lady herself - pick up the new issue (out today!) to read the full interview - and naturellement, she’s got us in the mood for some '70s hipster edge. So why not take inspiration from Kristen Stewart's surly portrayal of the punk-pop queen
by digging out those Ray Ban Aviators and throwing on your rocker threads? Go on, you know you want to.

After all, as Grazia columnist Polly Vernon recently noted, the Dyke-con is having a moment. And what better icon of sexy subversiveness is there than Joan Jett? We're especially loving the skinny leather trousers and logo tees that K-Stew swaggers about in, nailing that boy-meets-girl attitude topped off with her raven shag and teenage scowl. In fact, Jett's no-frills aesthetic isn't far off the actress' own scruffy style. 'I felt comfortable in Joan's clothing,' Kristen confessed. 'It's like armour...With everything she wears she's not trying to be cool, she is trying to be tough.'

Kristen: "I haven't changed much since kindergarten"

Talk about a fashion statement: "I wore a T-shirt in kindergarten that said, 'Kick butt first. Ask names later,' " Kristen Stewart, who's notoriously wary of the paparazzi and the press, tells Britain's Telegraph newspaper. "I've always been overly indignant in my reactions to not being able to be myself."

That struggle to have some space is tougher since she became famous, but it's always been a theme of Stewart's life – and it put her on a collision course with classmates at school when she started doing movies as a pre-teen.

"I didn't walk around talking about doing movies," says the Twilight star, 20, "but then someone saw an old movie I was in, [2001's] The Safety of Objects, and realized that the little boy in it [she played a tomboy] had grown up into this girl – me. And then I got a lot of, 'She's such a bitch!' And yet most of these kids had never even spoken to me."

Stewart says she was glad to leave school. She was missing a lot of classes and getting failing grades, and her interactions with her peers didn't improve.

"I couldn't relate to kids my own age," she says. "I have felt that I should have been an adult since I was aged about 5. I remember when I turned 18, everyone asked me if I felt more mature, but I felt the same as I always did. Juggling work and school, and helping my mother; I've always had a lot of responsibility."

And she continues to have a temperamental streak. In the Telegraph interview – which coincides with last week's U.K. release of her Joan Jett biopic The Runaways – Stewart once again relates her exasperation with Hollywood's attempts to package her.

"When I did the first Twilight movie, they were like, 'Now you have to go and do media training,' " she says. "And I was like, 'Screw you! Do you think you are going to wrap up all my little insecurities and throw them out the window? Do you think you are going to put soundbites in my mouth? I'll do your course, but that's not going to happen.' "

Kristen: "I'm shy, not aloof; I get that a lot"

“Twilight” star Kristen Stewart could be forgiven if she seems stand-offish, given the unrelenting attention she’s gotten and the loss of privacy she’s suffered because of her instant fame. But in a wide ranging interview she says that’s not who she is.

“I am quite shy and people think I’m aloof,’ she explains to Will Lawrence, a reporter with London’s Telegraph newspaper.

“I get that all the time: ‘She should not be in this position because she can’t handle it,’ and, ‘She is stuck up and doesn’t want to talk to anybody. She is miserable, and if you are so miserable stop doing it,’” she says recounting the criticisms she’s heard.

“But do you have a choice? I want to be an actor, I am just not very comfortable talking about myself.

“When I did the first Twilight movie they were like, ‘Now you have to go and do media training,’ and I was, ‘Screw you! Do you think you are going to wrap up all my little insecurities and throw them out the window?

“Do you think you are going to put soundbites in my mouth? I’ll do your course, but that’s not going to happen,” she said.

Not surprisingly, Kristen comes across a lot like Bella Swan, the protagonist in the “Twilight” series, who has become a model of teenage, high school insecurity and angst.

Williams reports that Stewart smokes one cigarette during the interview and says she’s pretty much given up the habit. Kristen was in the UK promoting “The Runaways,” the Joan Jett biopic, which also stars Dakota Fanning, 16.

The film bombed in America, recouping barely a third of its estimated $10 million budget.

“The Runaways started everything for chicks in rock and roll,’ says Stewart. “So many women in bands say, “I’m in
a band because of the Runaways.

“I felt comfortable in Joan’s clothing. ‘It’s like armor. Punks put it on because they are protecting themselves, because they are outsiders, and because they are fighting something,” she said hinting at her shyness again.

Kristen, reticent as ever, blew off questions about her relationship with Rob Pattinson.

“It doesn’t matter how many times I’ve spoken to someone or how well they know me, I’m just not going to talk about that,’ she said.

“But it is weird with the paparazzi,” she said. “We are not on the top of the paparazzi list, but it is definitely tougher for Rob.”

Stewart is currently shooting an adaptation of “On the Road, the Jack Kerouac novel, directed by the Brazilian film-maker Walter Salles. Then, she’ll move on to filming “Breaking Dawn.”

Moviefone: "20 films we're psyched about"

Moviefone har gjort en lista som består av 20 filmer de är taggade på att se. Welcome to the Rileys är med på den här listan.

'Welcome to the Rileys'
Release Date: Oct. 29
Starring:
Melissa Leo, James Gandolfini, Kristen Stewart
One thing you gotta say for Stewart: she's sure not coasting on 'Twilight' fame. (Her fierce portrayal of Joan Jett in 'The Runaways' more than proved her acting mettle.) 'Welcome to the Rileys' should only burnish her reputation as an adventurous actress. Directed by Jake Scott, the indie drama stars the terrific Leo and Gandolfini as a grieving couple whose lives are changed by an underage stripper (yep, Stewart).

Kristens intervju med Yorkshire Post - England

She writes music. She likes movies by Stanley Kubrick and John Cassavetes. She yearns for a past she's never experienced. And she's just 20 years old.

"She", of course, is Kristen Stewart and, courtesy of the Twilight movies and heroine Bella Swan, she's arguably the hottest female star on the planet.

It's easy and too simplistic to cast Stewart as sullen, stand-offish and unsmiling. Perhaps the truth behind her oft-reported reluctance to conform to film star stereotypes is that she's fundamentally shy. Yet she has been thrust into a harsh spotlight that she neither anticipated nor welcomed. Not an easy arrangement for a global superstar.

Yet Stewart is not your average screen popsy. If she's rebellious, it's in a low-key manner. Yet she was the actress picked to play Joan Jett, the original American rock chick, in a new biopic of ground-breaking all-girl '70s' band The Runaways.

Undoubtedly, Stewart's box- office appeal has much to do with her casting. Yet there is something within this reserved young woman that is peculiarly retro in mood and feel.

"Meeting Joan for the first time, I was terrified, truly terrified," says Stewart. "If she didn't think that I was right for this, then I didn't think that I was right for it either. So the first meeting could have really gone either way. But I flew up to Washington to see her play and I spent, like, the entire night with her."

It was a New Year's Eve meeting to remember. Immediately afterwards Stewart began work on New Moon, the second film in the Twilight series. She forced herself to hold back, to not obsess over whether she had the-then 50-year-old Jett's vote of approval.

She realised she had the role "when she didn't kick me out of her hotel room," she laughs, adding "we just sort of instantly had a rapport".

Whilst the Twilight movies have handed Stewart an extraordinary celebrity, she is at pains to stress her ordinariness. She wishes to be seen as an actress first; the stardom is a mantle she is forced to wear.

"I watch a lot of '70s' movies," she says by way of explaining her affinity with the legendary rocker.

"I love all of Kubrick's movies. I love old independent movies like Cassavetes movies. Joan was watching funny stuff when she was younger. There's this tape of her when she's 14 so I could hear how she spoke, and it's so different. Now she's very New York and raspy, but back in the day she was light; she was a kid and she just talked about a movie that was funny."

Her relationship with Jett, who executive produced the film, has transcended its making. This odd couple – the awkward, gawky actress and the hard-boiled black-clad queen of proto-punk rock – swap stories about the parallels in their lives.

"She completely understands where I'm coming from. I mean, we're both fairly, unabashedly ourselves, so the advice sort of stops there, do you know what I mean? She says, 'Just be real, just say what you mean,' and there you go."

Notwithstanding the Twilight movies, Stewart's background has been in independent and arthouse pictures, or hybrids of the two. She was excellent as the lovelorn beatnik in Sean Penn's Into the Wild and embraced the opportunity to attack another tasty character in The Runaways.

She may not be entirely convincing but she gave it her best shot. She was fortunate that, as much as she was ostensibly the star attraction, she was also part of a tight ensemble that included Dakota Fanning as the band's vocalist, Cherie Currie.

"It's actually the first movie that I've ever done that wasn't an original, fictional piece of work," says Stewart.

"If we don't capture the essence of The Runaways, then it should be acknowledged. That's really important but it's scary – I now know Joan; I have a relationship with her. Everything would fall away if I thought that I wasn't respecting that."

She adds: "She was a very sensitive girl; the word 'punk' didn't even exist. Everything she wears is kind of light.

"When she gets older, it's armour. She's not trying to be cool, she is trying to be tough, she's compensating, and there's a lot of that. It's an entire lifestyle.

"When the band breaks up, Joan has said to me, 'Well, that's what it feels like to peak at 16'. When it crumbled, it killed her. The Runaways started everything for chicks in rock and roll.

"At the time, it wasn't normal to do what she did. People didn't want to see a girl holding an electric guitar. It was ugly, it just wasn't right. Now it's normal."

John Isner frågade Kristen om en dejt

When asked whether there’s a lady in his life, John proclaimed, to the delight of female fans everywhere, that he’s “very much on the market.” He went on, “I want someone easygoing, someone easy to talk to. I want to be able to sit on the couch and watch football with her.” We’re guessing that Georgia Bulldogs fans would move to the top of the list… But it was John’s agent, Sam Duvall, who spilled the real beans on John and the ladies. He recalled John’s post-Wimbledon Letterman appearance: “Kristin Stewart from Twilight was on the show, too. And John said to me, ‘Hey she’s kinda cute!’ So as she was leaving and shepherded quickly into her SUV, John sauntered up and tapped the tinted window. She lowered the pane and John craned down to stick his head in— and asked her out for dinner. Apparently she had a premiere, or so she said…”

This Southern gentleman has a “ladies first” outlook on life and surely would have taken Kristen for a feast at his fave Les Halles. And of course, it would have made Twilight fan Sam supremely jealous.

Kristen: "Interviews make me smell bad"

Normally cool, calm and collected, Kristen Stewart has admitted she gets so nervous in interviews that she starts to get a bit whiffy.

The Twilight actress confessed her attempts to avoid looking 'incapable' often cause her to break out in a nervous sweat.

She explained to Stylist magazine: 'Practice helps a lot. You just get so nervous ... I don't know how to deal with it. I don't prepare anything, I just do it so it's gotten easier with experience. You realise that even if you totally botch it and (it) turns out horribly and everyone thinks you're totally incapable, it's like, 'It doesn't really directly affect me'. When I'm nervous, I'm so mindless. I twiddle my thumbs and my hands sweat and I smell bad.'

Adam Brody erkänner att han lät som en idiot

It was the comment that launched a thousand hate emails and lit up "Twilight" message boards across the World Wide Webs. Previously adored, charming guy-next-door actor Adam Brody backhandedly told Kristen Stewart to "quit" acting if being famous bothered her so much.

The firestorm was sparked by an interview Brody gave on Diablo Cody's online chat show, "Red Band Trailer." When Cody asked Brody whether he enjoyed his celebrity or if he would prefer to be known as just "an actor," referencing Stewart's comments about wanting to be left alone, his response was a bit testy.

"It's only gotten worse, I'm sure, being a celebrity," Brody, who was recently added to the "Scream 4" cast, said. "At the same time, I don't have a lot of patience for people who moan about it too much. Because there are many things you could do. ... It's like, quit ... you don't need to be an actor, so it's like, if it's that much of a problem ... there's the door."

And with that, the hate-on-Adam-Brody campaign began. When MTV News caught up with the man in question to talk about his upcoming ensemble flick, "The Romantics," we asked him whether his response might have been taken out of context.

"Aye, no, I just, I, this is horrible," he started, seemingly uncomfortable addressing the hot-button issue. "It wasn't taken out of context. I saw [the episode] and thought I sounded like an idiot. I did," Brody admitted. "Regardless of how anyone else took anything, I would think that sounds very ungentlemanly and I sounded like a jackass."

A Hollywood actor who publicly acknowledges a gaffe? Well, done, Mr. Brody. Points to the former "O.C." star for his honesty!

Kristen stjäl showen i "The Runaways"

Film of the Week: Twilight star shows she can do gothic and gritty as Joan Jett
Music director Floria Sigismondi's first feature The Runaways is an exuberant and entertaining look at the creation of the trailblazing 1970s all-girl rock band of the same name.

Despite being born long after The Runaways split up, the film should still appeal to one of its key audiences - teenage girls - not least because of the casting of the Twilight stars Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning.

Stewart and Fanning play guitarist Joan Jett and lead singer Cherie Currie respectively. A scene in which the two young actresses kiss has already boosted the film's promotional campaign.

The Runaways focuses on Currie - the film is loosely based on her 1989 memoir, Neon Angel: The Cherie Currie Story - as the vulnerable, jailbait junkie teen whose downfall forms the central thread of the story. But it is Stewart, as the kohl-eyed Jett, who steals the show - proving that she can do sullen and gothic without coming across as bland. Until now Stewart was best-known for playing Twilight's troubled teenager Bella. But her breakout performance in The Runaways has been widely praised and hailed as a shrewd choice. Serious and self-confident, the role of Jett should ensure that Stewart is no longer typecast as a pale, insipid virgin.

WHAT THEY ARE SAYING:

AO Scott, the New York Times:
"Ms Stewart, watchful and unassuming, gives the movie its spine and soul. Cherie may dazzle and appall you, but Joan is the one you root for, and the one rock 'n' roll fans of every gender and generation will identify with."

Dennis Harvey, Variety: "Though sometimes her usual neurotic tics distract, Twilight's Stewart is a good fit for the tough but good-natured Jett, who carried on as frontwoman after Currie left, then launched a far more successful solo career."

Betsy Sharkey, the Los Angeles Times: "The good news is that Stewart is absolutely spot on as Jett... Fanning, unfortunately, is absolutely wrong as Cherie. Fifteen when the film was being shot, in a bustier and fishnets and heavy makeup, she looks like an innocent lured off Hollywood Boulevard for child porn, not the growling sex machine that - at least on stage - Currie was."

Tom Huddlestone, Time Out: "Perhaps owing to Sigismondi's lack of long-form experience, it never comes together. Isolated scenes look stunning but The Runaways never establishes a consistent mood, hopping from rebellious exuberance to doom-laden music industry critique." (3/5 stars)

Kirk Honeycutt, Hollywood Reporter: "The film steers pretty clear of the more salacious side to the Runaways' reality. It doesn't linger long on the two teens' sexuality, expressed with both sexes and with each other. Instead, Sigismondi rushes back onstage for another performance or plays Runaways music over the film's many montages."

Kristens intervju med Marie Claire - Australien

When your first screen credit rolls up after the names Glenn Close and Joshua Jackson, fame is going to be difficult to avoid - even when you're 11. Kristen Stewart has had nine years to get used to it, but the Twilight star still craves celebrity like a vampire seeks out sunshine. "I grew up in the business, so the attention isn't surprising, but it is inhibiting," says Stewart, who landed a role in 2001's The Safety Of Objects after an agent spotted her in a primary school play. "I love acting and I'm so grateful for Twilight and the opportunities it's given me. I'm just not very good at dealing with the idea of being followed everywhere, and not being able to walk down the street or sit at a cafe with friends without getting mobbed and Twittered."

And don’t start her on the romance issue. The latest instalment of the Twilight saga, Eclipse, only ramped up the hysteria surrounding her apparent relationship with co-star Robert Pattinson. "Nothing I could say would change anything, so I'm not going to say anything," sighs the ethereally beautiful Stewart, whose brittle manner suggests that a hotel suite remains her true sanctuary. A role reversal doesn't hurt, either. And what better therapy for an angsty ingenue than a role as seminal rock chick Joan Jett in this year's biopic The Runaways. As Eclipse and the critically acclaimed The Runaways are released on DVD, Stewart opens up about life in the Twilight zone and how she is managing to balance life, career and her conflicted bargain with the devil of celebrity.

Do you sometimes feel exhausted by the attention you've had to deal with?
It's hard to talk about that without giving the impression that I'm being negative or complaining. I love acting – I'm so passionate about the process, but there's a helpless feeling when you can't do the things you used to be able to do without attracting a large crowd. I knew the business very well before I had the chance to be a part of these films and so it's not like it's a shock to me. I would just rather not have to worry about where I can go just so that I'm not going to be followed. Sometimes I stay in my hotel room when I'm working on films or while I’m doing publicity for them. It's less aggravation.

Is it important to you to have the chance to work on other films in between the Twilight movies?
I love to work. I don't have any master plan as far as my career is concerned. I just choose projects on instinct. It was so interesting for me to be able to do The Runaways and play such a fierce personality, and the other films I've done have all had something that was really meaningful to me. I try to find roles that connect with me rather than think about how big the film will be or what it will do for my career. I could never structure things that way.

What is your take on Eclipse?

We see a more confident and determined Bella. She's evolving and learning more about who she is and what she wants out of life. She also has to deal with the possibility that she's lying to herself about being in love with Jacob when she is still, in fact, deeply in love with Edward.

Is it a case of Bella overcoming a lot of her self-doubts?
Bella is surer of herself and not as moody and despairing as she was in New Moon. It's a really interesting progression that we see in Eclipse. It was interesting for me to take the character into a different space. I enjoy being able to leave one film and one chapter in her life and then get to explore her again. Most films force you to leave your character and that's the end of the journey. So with Bella it's exciting to be able to revisit her and rediscover new elements to her character.

Do you think Eclipse is a classic love triangle situation?
It is in the sense that Edward and Jacob are both fighting for Bella. She thinks she knows what she wants, but now she has to be able to stand up and say, OK, so maybe every choice isn't completely impulsive. Maybe there are different levels of love, and maybe my ideological views of what I think you are to me are wrong, and maybe I could look at somebody else.

Do you feel you understand better now why the public is so fascinated with the Twilight story?
I think you have these intense personal dramas and the kind of deep feelings that Bella is experiencing, and everything that is going on between Bella and Edward and Bella and Jacob, that these very intense and private stories are developing where there's all this chaos and danger surrounding them. So you're thrown into a world that most people can relate to on a personal level, and then there's this incredibly exotic and threatening backdrop to that world.

Ben Grimes om Kristen

Ben Grimes är modell och bidragande redaktör på tidningen ELLE och nyligen pratade hon om Kristen:
Model and ELLE contributing editor, Ben Grimes added, ‘ELLE is just a brilliant magazine, it’s one of the most current and predictive magazines out there at the moment, which is really hard to find in the world of commercial magazines. My favourite ever ELLE cover was the July 2009 Kristen Stewart one, I loved the whole shoot actually, but then I am a bit obsessed with her.’

Metro Frankrikes recension om "WTTR" och "The Runaways"

'The Twilight Saga's heroine embodies deeper characters in 'The Runaways' and 'Welcome to the Rileys'.

Before playing Twilight's Bella, Kristen Stewart was seen in Sean Penn's 'Into the Wild'.

Since then, vampires came along. Even if Stewart didn't make the trip to Deauville, two of her films are there to testify that she has found the "wild"! First, by embodying Joan Jett in 'The Runaways', Floria Sigismondi's first movie.

Guitar in hand and with black eyes, she formed a fierce and ultrasexy duo Dakota Fanning, contributing greatly to the joyful energy of this really rock'n'roll movie that has an explosive soundtrack.

Radical change with 'Welcome to the Rileys', film of redemption signed Jake Scott. Kristen plays Mallory, a stripper-prostitute-runaway 17 years old girl.

As convincing as ever, Kristen swears and smokes like a sailor; with her messed up mascara and torn fishnet stockings, we wouldn't expect that she would still look good in old jeans and t-shirt. Not only is there a life after Twilight for her, but best is yet to come for the 20 years old actress.'

Kristens intervju med ABC Newspaper - Spanien

"The first kiss was really hard"

At 20, Kristen Stewart has already bought a two million dollars house. After three films in the series and two more to come, the future is hers. Fabian W. Waintal 07/02/2010

Among a new generation of viewers is most famous than Madonna, more recognized than Angelina Jolie and more admired than Sandra Bullock. Anyone who has read the book saga "Twilight" does not just want to see in film the romance between a vampire and a teenage Bella, also wants to meet the young protagonist of the movie saga. And behind the most popular love story of the moment is the "Bella" Kristen Stewart.

Why do you think there's so much fandom behind the "Twilight" saga?
For the whole subject of vampires and werewolves. But I think that if we remove the mysticism of the story, with the same people, it would still be interesting. I don't think the phenomenon happens because is a vampire story, but that makes it more "cool", more interesting.

The best and worst of your role?
Actually, there is nothing to be negative, because everything that bothers me about my character, Bella, is what I like about her, as when she realizes that shet can be quite selfish. Sometimes she is too hard with herself and I identify with that. I always say I love how she does things wrong, and she don't mind the consequences. Such is life when we are young and we're growing.

In your case is the same? Do you do what comes to mind without thinking on the consequences, like your character Bella?
I suppose it depends on the moment. At work, I do what I feel and I don't think about what may happen next. And in interviews, too, when I reply. Yes, I guess I am. But I also like to control my environment a lot, I worry too much if I dont know what is gonna happen. I walk in both ends.

And do you use your personal experiences in your acting?
It's difficult to take a personal experience in the scenes. Although I identify with the feelings, I don't think is right to me to contribute with something from me, because I'm playing a different person. I can identify with her, but I also have to leave my personality at the door.

Aren't you afraid that the popularity of these films ends typecasting you for ever?
This situation is unique, because I have to play the same character for too long. But I feel I have been lucky, because I get really sad when I leave a character at the end of a film shooting that typically lasts six weeks. Definitely, it's obvious that this role put me in a epic position, but "Twilight" is one more film for me... I don't care if I make a blockbuster or an independent film. When I get to the studio, work is always the same.

Is there anything in particular that drives you to find success?
I suppose that success means something completely different for each person. I feel I have success when I do something that makes me happy. And I'm not lying. What drives me to success? It's very difficult to answer. I really love acting, It's great. I just want to be an actress.

She turned 21 last April, the 6, Kristen Stewart also matured in her career as one of Hollywood's youngest superstars. Before the "Twilight" saga, she had worked as Jodie Foster's daughter in the thriller "Panic Room" and made some action movies with other blockbusters as "Zathura" and "Jumper", and also was involved in other independent films such as "Into the Wild" under the directing of Sean Penn, and "What Just Happened", with Robert De Niro.

Familiar with the entertainment world, her mother, Jules Mann Stewart, is the director of her upcoming movie "K 11" and her father, John Stewart, is a television producer for Fox Channel. And while she still living with her parents, Kristen also has his own house in Woodland Hills, where she invested the two million dollars she was paid for "Twilight." After three films in the series, Kristen shouldn't worry too much about economic well-being with a assured fortune with the upcoming release of "Breaking Dawn" the fourth installment of the series, with wich the producers think about duplicate the boxoffice. How? Dividing the story into two different films, completing the famous series with a total of five films and billions of dollars included.

How long have you known the secret about making the fourth book in the series in two films instead of one?
I had to keep the secret from the start. We all knew that the last book "Breaking dawn" was going to be filmed in two films. And it was hard not to say anything until it was confirmed. The shoot will last six months, from October to February or March.

Bella does not believe in marriage and the vampire, Edward is who insists that they marry, what is your true position in this regard?
If I believe in marriage? Yeah, sure. I'm not ready to marry, but I have a big family and I would like to create something similar. As happens in the story of the upcoming movies, I can not wait to have a child and getting married, all that.

And what was more difficult, the action scenes or the kiss with the werewolf?
The action scenes were pretty easy. And one of the most difficult that I probably had was the first kiss with Jacob, the werewolf. It was a different path, because Edward, the vampire was always the only thing she wanted. It was weird. I never had made something like that before. It was very difficult and you can't imagine how nervous I was.

What was so uncomfortable?
What is different from the kiss, the moment is unique. I think is a mistake. I always say that my character Bella makes too many mistakes. And it is good that she might be embarrassed, in addition to being afraid. It's okay that is like that.

Who kiss better? Taylor Lautner, Robert Pattinson or Dakota Fanning (outside "Eclipse" they kissed in "The Runaways")?
I'm going to say Dakota, because is the easiest answer.

What if you had to choose as Bella, between Rob Pattinson and Taylor Lautner?
I don't know. People are always wondering if it's OK to create between the teenagers the idea that there is a perfect man, if he exists. Everyone has a specific ideal, especially the youngest, they believe that someone can be perfect for them. And our movie, our characters are anything but perfect. They're all completely mad. And if I was Bella's friend, surely I would say to take a second look into this vampire guy, because he is not treating her too well. But when you love someone, nothing else matters to you.

And speculation about that you are really in a relationship with Robert Pattinson... even if is not true, will continue until all the movies of the saga are finished?
Probably... certainly, yes.

Big picture footer: Kristen Stewart, the star of the Twilight Saga.
Small picture footer: No methodic Actor. "It's difficult to take a personal experience in the scenes. I don't think is right to me to contribute with something from me."

And here the review in the right side:
Warning, is not a nice review, spanish press doesn't really like the saga at all, good reviews are really weird here.

Thrombo  Eclipse **
Director: David Slade. Country: USA. Year: 2010. Runtime: 124 min. Cast: Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Ashley Greene.

E. RODRÍGUEZ MARCHANTE  02/07/2010

This third installment of the "Twilight" saga brings some dark reputation on regard to the previous ones, but frankly, I haven't seen anything darker than the movie theater itself. After the surprising and entertaining first instalment and after the vigorous second one, you know by heart the peculiarities of the Cullens, this family of vampires that could be candidates for the Nobel Peace Prize, in addition to cut up garlic with no problems to Ferran Adrià's at Bulli*; we already know the disturbing lack of irrigation in Robert Pattinson's face (this has to be related with liver), also known Taylor Lautner's pans of pectorals and abdominals , the werewolf in love...

Which is then the surprise of this installment?...
It persists in that commendable puritan spirit of the teenage lovers, it insists, even in an exaggerated way, in the poetic love that soggy drains down the screen, the pieces move into some kind of alliance of civilizations between "the cold" vampires "the stinky" werewolves...

Perhaps most striking about this "Eclipse", which, in my opinion, it is in fact one, is the number of times that the lovebirds (and now the are three) can say how much they love each other and during how long without the voice of the director (a certain David Slade) saying "Please, Cut!".

More than a compliment of the healthy living and the eternal marriage, the saga can continue without becoming another issue on sun protection ads, anabolic steroids or hair-restorer.

Kristen blev Queen of summer 2010

Ett stort grattis till Kristen som blev sommarns drottning! Och inte så förvånande blev Robert sommarens kung! :)

And then there were two.

In the beginning we presented you with 32 of the summer's hottest celebrities, 16 men and 16 women, and put the task of crowing a King and a Queen of the hot season in your hands. The votes have been counted and the results are in.

So who in Hollywood truly had the best summer?

Your King and Queen of Summer 2010: Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart.

(Wow. Original, you guys. Really original.)

Now, several factors helped propel each member of this duo into the top spots. Not only did they kinda come out as a couple this summer via a very grainy photo, they appeared in Eclipse, one of the year's biggest box-office hits. And they both were filming high profile "next step" movies, Water for Elephants and On the Road.

With those events supporting them, they each did away easily with their compettion to meet at the top.

In the final round, Robert Downey Jr.'s charms proved no match for Rob's. The veteran actor was sent packing after receiving only 31.3 percent of the vote to Pattinson's 68.7. Likewise, Kristen ended final challenger Katy Perry's Teenage Dream domination, grabbing 61.6 percent to Perry's 38.4.

Here's to the winners—and everybody else who gave it a shot.

Better luck in 2011, OK? Rob & Kristen don't have much going on next summer...
