Dakota Fanning nämner Kristen
We did, yeah. We knew each other before and that was great. I can’t imagine doing this movie with anyone else. The only other movie I’ve done with a woman of the same age is with Kristen [Stewart], who is my best friend in real life. So I felt very similar with Lizzie and I think that really comes through and we are good friends.

Zuhair Murad pratar om Kristen
“The dress was a good contrast with her personality,” Murad said in our conversation backstage at his spring-summer 2013 haute couture show in Paris on Thursday. “She’s rock 'n' rock with her attitude, her hair and her makeup. The long dress was very delicate, feminine,” and perhaps the transparency of the lace was “a little bit shocking.”

Ny intervju med Kristen i Now Toronto
Stewart’s at the Toronto Film Festival with On The Road, an adaptation of Jack Kerouac’s classic beat novel in which she plays Marylou, the sexually adventurous child bride of the charismatic Dean Moriarty. (Yes, there are nude scenes. No, they aren’t explicit.) She’s been paired with Garrett Hedlund, who plays Moriarty, and the two of them are at their most animated when discussing the freewheeling, improvisational style director Walter Salles encouraged during the rehearsal process.
“I tortured myself in the most amazing, wonderful way for four weeks,” she says, “and then as soon as the four weeks were done it was like, ‘You need to stop thinking, because if you don’t you’re gonna regret this entire experience. You’re gonna look back and say: I fucked up. I thought too much.’”
Stewart says the fact that she was playing a real person – the aforementioned Henderson, who was the basis for Kerouac’s fictional Marylou – made her a little more careful about her own improvisations.
“It’s always fun to have freedom and have, like, happy accidents where you go, ‘Wow, that’s cool, I didn’t expect that,’” she says. “But when you’re playing somebody who’s [actually] existed, you know.…” And she stops herself, rethinking her position on the fly.
“I don’t want to discredit what it feels like to play a character who’s been written by somebody,” she continues.“You feel just as responsible to the writer and to everyone who’s been affected by that character.”
There is no doubt in my mind that she’s referring to Bella Swan. And I have to respect her instincts; given how many millions of people worship the Twilight movies and could turn on her in a second for a valid observation taken out of context, it’s the savvy thing to do. But it’s also crap, and she knows it, because as soon as she’s finished that statement, Stewart returns to her real point and her energy shoots right back up.
“I’ve played Joan Jett,” she says, “and because she was on set every day I couldn’t improv. I couldn’t. Everything I said, I spoke to her about it. You know – you can’t put words in their mouths unless you know. Unless you really feel it, and it’s coming from the right place.”

Walter Salles pratar om Kristen
“I think she brought an immense passion but also an intelligence to her role,” Salles said. “She knew it really well before we even met, just after I saw Sean Penn’s Into the Wild. This was before the Twilight Saga had started.”
“I said, ‘I really liked Penn’s film and you were wonderful in it. I’m considering the possibility of doing On the Road.’ And she said, ‘It’s one of the books I prefer; it’s on my bedside table. I would love to play Marylou one day.’ I said, ‘This is exactly what I’m talking about.’”
Stewart reveals a more carefree side of herself in the film, even appearing topless as she plunges into a racy sex scene with playful abandon. It was all par for the course, according to Salles.
“There was not a day where she didn’t ask me to try something different and go beyond the page. It was a great experience. And the fact that we were shooting Montreal helped a lot. We were not invaded by paparazzi or other things that are now very present in Kristen’s life.”

Kristen och Robert letar hus i London?
Kristen and Rob have reportedly decided that it’s time to get a home of their own in London and escape the cheating scandal that surrounded them in 2012.
Over the New Year’s holiday, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson spent some quality time in London together. Now, they reportedly want to have their very own home across the pond! Could this be a clue that their relationship is getting even more serious in 2013?
Rob, 26, and Kristen, 22, have their hearts set on buying a house in Richmond as R-Patz is keen to spend more time on his home turf, The Mirror reports.
“Ever since Kristen’s affair last year, Rob has realized just how much his friends and family in the UK mean to him,” a source told the publication.
“After spending more time [in London] in recent months, Rob’s decided he wants to split his time more between London and Los Angeles,” the source added. “He wants to put down roots in London and he’s doing it with Kristen.”
Even though you can take the actors out of Hollywood, it appears as though you can’t take Hollywood out of the actors!
Rob and Kristen are allegedly eyeing a Victorian house in particular with a graveyard, werewolf kennels and blood red walls.
“It’s on the market for millions. With their hectic filming schedules, [Rob and Kristen] want somewhere they can live in straight away and it has a beautiful garden too. They both fell in love with the property as soon as they saw it. Kristen’s really excited about the prospect of spending more time in the UK and has been saying how she’d love to star in a West End show,” the source says.

Kristen auktionerar ut smycken
The star is starting off the new year right and giving back — and we have all the details of her latest charitable venture right here!
Kristen Stewart kicked off 2013 with another edgy, high-fashion photo shoot, this time for V magazine. The cover girl looked so sultry in the black and white images — and it turns out the spread was also for a good cause! The jewelry the star wore for the shoot will be auctioned off with proceeds going to the charity of her choice. The star selected Children of the Night, a non profit organization that rescues children from prostitution.
KStew was wearing jewelry from TENTHOUSANDTHINGS + Inez and Vinoodh’s LOVE & ADORN collection. The collaboration marks the celebration of the brand’s 20 years in business, and each unique piece, (designed to honor the brand’s inspiring clientele), will be auctioned off to support the participants’ charitable organization of choice — and Kristen selected the Children of the Night charity.
From the interesting rings, (seen on KStew in the new, high-fashion outtake from the V magazine shoot), to necklaces, earrings and bracelets, all of the jewelry has been hand-crafted by TENTHOUSANDTHINGS and photographed by Inez and Vinoodh, (who also shot Kristen’s latest editorial). The brand selected their most inspiring clients and friends to model the new collection for the auction.
While Kristen’s pics gave us an amazing sneak peek of the collection, the full portfolio of the unique items in the collaboration, (captured by Inez and Vinoodh), can be seen in the January 2013 issue of V. If you want to check out the auction and place a bid for one of the one-of-a-kind items, more information is available here.
We think it’s amazing that Kristen opted to participate in the TenThousandThings + Inez & Vinoodh Auction — and we think she picked a great cause to support. There’s no better way to kick off a new year than by giving back, and that’s exactly what KStew is doing.
If you haven’t seen her edgy shoot for the magazine, you can check it out above — and be sure to check out the jewelry she’s sporting!

Kristen på omslaget till V Magazine + intervju
The 10,000-pound gorilla in the room is of course that people—present company included—think they know a lot: how much she earns, whom she dates, and even more intimate details. Since her Twilight reign began, digging into Stewart’s personal life has become a bit of a blood sport. (To wit, a gossip rag recently splashed a photo of her with presumed boyfriend Robert Pattinson and announced that she’s pregnant. She’s not.) The Star Wars-esque emotional force field that she instinctually activates for self-preservation is palpable. In this instance, her armor is enhanced by pulled-back hair, glasses, and an oversize bomber jacket that serves as a kind of cocoon. There’s a slightly feral air to her presence—she’s jumpy and prone to pacing—but all the anxiety is kind of endearing. She’s young and excitable, and having weathered the highs and lows of 2012, she claims to feel stronger than ever before.
“I have realized that you can close yourself off to life if you put walls up, but it’s a difficult thing,” she says. “You can’t see over, people can’t see in, and you also can’t see out. So I’ve gotten quite comfortable with just being unafraid. I keep saying the same thing: it’s not about being fearless but really just embracing the fears and using them.”
