"Twilight"-castet evekuerade pågrund av säkerhetsskäl

Jordbävningen som mätte 8.8 på richerskalan som skedde utanför Japans kust 06.45 imorse har även påverkat kusterna kring USA, Kanada, Sydamerika och Alaska som nu evakuerats under dagen.

People Magazine har meddelat att Breaking Dawn-skådespelarna evakuerats mest pågrund av säkerhetsskäl från Summit Entertainments sida. Så det är alltså ingen fara med dem utan alla mår bra men inspelningana kan bli lite fördröjda. Den officiella sidan för Twilight på Facebook har även meddelat detta: "Due to the tsunami advisory, filming of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn has been delayed. All cast and crew were evacuated to the movie production's base camp. Everyone is safe and sound."

"With Hawaii and the North American West Coast placed on tsunami advisories early Friday after an 8.9-magnitude earthquake struck in Japan, the Vancouver Island beach area in British Columbia where Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart and the rest of the Wolf Pack are filming the Twilight series' Breaking Dawn has been evacuated. Rob is dress in black from head to toe. Kristen is dress the same.. They are holding hands. As they walk by me, they are laughing. I walked ahead of them and got ready to take a photo. John spotted me and ran up to me, "No Pictures, No Pictures". He was very nice and so was the group. I saw Rob and Kristen smile at me as they walked by. John said, "Good try but no pictures, I am good at my job". I said "no problem, have a good night" and went home. Sometimes you have to be at the right place at the right time and keep your eyes open".

“I get mistaken [for Kristen] all the time!,” the actress exclaimed when Movieline first broached the subject. “The three [actresses] I usually get are Kristen Stewart, Naomi Watts and Scarlett Johansson, b

ut hands down the number one I get is Kristen Stewart. It’s all over the Internet. I can definitely see the resemblance. We have a similar shaped chin and we’re both dark under our eyes with similar lips. I’ve been recognized for her before.”

But the confusion is not limited to the Internet.

“Fans will come up to me and say, ‘Oh, I loved you in Twilight’ and ask for an autograph,” Palmer explained. “One woman came up to me crying so hard — absolutely sobbing. I was so confused. I thought, ‘Did you see [my film with Adam Sandler] Bedtime Stories or something?’ [Laughs] Then she was just going nuts about Twilight.”

As for whether the comparisons ever get tiresome, Palmer explained that they are quite the contrary.

“I’m not sick of them. It’s all flattering. What I love about Kristen Stewart is she is so edgy and so plays it against the norm. It’s very refreshing to see an actress like that really get into the fact that she is different from everybody else and that’s just the way she is. I’ve never met her but I love watching her onscreen. I think there is something dark and sexy about her. I think she is fiercely talented as well.”

With word circulating that Viggo Mortensen is in talks to play one of the title characters in Snow White and the Huntsman for Universal Pictures, will Twilight Saga's Kristen Stewart end up with playing Snow White? Though the studio has been testing young actresses and no one is set,there are persistent rumors that Stewart looms large as a potential lead. Mortensen surfaces in the lead of that movie after Michael Fassbender committed to the Ridley Scott-directed Prometheus with Noomi Rapace and Charlize Theron. Ironically, Theron is also starring in Huntsmen as the Evil Queen. Stay tuned...

Is Kristen Stewart the fairest of them all?
The Twilight star is on the list for the role of Snow White in Universal’s Snow White and the Huntsman.
The movie, being directed by Rupert Sanders, is in deep casting mode, with Viggo Mortensen entering negotiations to play the Huntsman earlier Wednesday. Charlize Theron is in negotiations to play the evil queen.
Stewart is a name that Universal has kept coming back to since acquiring the project even as it went through a series of screen tests with actresses such as Riley Keough, Felicity Jones and Alicia Vikander. Emily Browning tested this past weekend (Stewart has reached a point in her career where testing isn't required).

Stewart, arguably one of the biggest stars in the world thanks to the Twilight movies, has focused on indie projects in between the vampire romancers, and this could become her first studio project since becoming a name. It also would put her in the shoes of an iconic character.  The Gersh-repped actress is currently shooting the Breaking Dawn movies, but the Snow White team has been making repeated overtures even as late as last week

Deadline reports that Kristen Stewart “looms large as a potential lead” in the role of Snow White in “Snow White And The Huntsman.” Uh, not much more than that other than confirmation of rumors that have been making the rounds, but certainly a much different choice that relatively smaller names that have been mentioned up until now.

That was fast. Michael Fassbender is officially out of Universal‘s hotly-tipped “Snow White and the Huntsman” (he took Ridley Scott‘s “Prometheus” instead) and evidently a replacement has already been found. Viggo Mortensen is reportedly in talks to join in the fantasy re-imagining that newcomer Rupert Sanders is helming. Notice that Charlize Theron is only mentioned to be in talks in Variety‘s report, because, as we’ve been saying for weeks now, she’s not officially locked in like many have assumed (and like Fassbender, she may take a “Prometheus” role which would likely see her exit the project as well).

Written by Evan Daugherty, the script was high up on the 2010 Blacklist pages, and this new spin on the popular fairy tale sees the titular huntsman (Mortensen) being hired by the evil queen (Theron, if she decides to take the role) to track down her runaway stepdaughter, the fairest in all the land. When he realizes that the queen intends to kill Snow White, he helps her escape, and the pair go on the run. Apparently, the huntsman and Snow White will be chained together for a good portion of the film, and there is still a handsome prince who will win the fair lady’s heart.

Actresses such as Riley Keough, Felicity Jones (who now has Sundance buzz from the hit indie “Like Crazy”—it was bought by Paramount), Bella Heathcoat and Alicia Vikander are all up-and-coming actresses that have reportedly been up for the role, but no one has officially nabbed the part yet. “Snow White and the Huntsman” already has a Dec. 21, 2012 release date and is aiming to shoot this summer. Theron and Mortensen co-starred together briefly in “The Road” in 2009.
